Therapeutic Approaches

How I work

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)+
CBT helps identify and change unhelpful patterns of thinking and behaviour. A structured, practical approach that gives you tools to challenge negative thoughts and respond to situations in healthier ways.
Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)+
ACT encourages you to accept difficult thoughts and feelings rather than fighting them, while committing to actions aligned with your values. It builds psychological flexibility — the ability to stay present and keep moving forward.
Existential Therapy+
Existential therapy explores the deeper questions of human existence — meaning, freedom, isolation, and mortality. It helps you understand how you relate to life’s fundamental challenges and find a more authentic, purposeful way of living.
Person-Centred Therapy+
Developed by Carl Rogers, person-centred therapy is built on unconditional positive regard, empathy, and genuineness. It creates a non-judgmental space where you feel truly heard and accepted.
Motivational Interviewing+
A collaborative, goal-oriented approach that helps you explore and resolve ambivalence about change. Particularly helpful when you feel torn about a change, drawing out your own motivation and strengthening commitment to the changes you want to make.
Group Facilitation & Mindfulness Training+
I facilitate online mindfulness workshops and professional training for individuals, teams, and organisations — practical, evidence-based tools for enhancing wellbeing, emotional resilience, and stress management.
